Big League Movers and Storage is the perfect company for anyone needing to move. We moved from NC to MS and they took care of my family every step of the way. The movers were so kind to my children and even held their hands and let them be involved. They thought it was the coolest experience. The guys took care of the heavy lifting and move items around my home until I was happy with the placement, all with a smile. I will only recommend Big League Movers to anyone needing packing, moving or storage services. Their services are worth every penny to make sure your stuff is taken care of every step of the way.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $10000

I used this company to pack a trailer and it was a nightmare of an experience. Two guys showed up to my second-floor apartment with one dolly. It took them 5 hours to load the trailer, which surprised me considering the horrible job they did. They basically threw everything in the trailer, not caring if the box was light or heavy or that a piece of furniture wasn't covered. I proved moving blankets that they didn't use and now I have damage on every piece of wood furniture I own, including my antique coffee table. One of the men left a water bottle in the trailer, completely damaging a box and the contents inside. They took my mattress out of the bag and put it on the trailer floor. When the mattress was taken out of the trailer it was filthy and ripped from the wall and floor of the trailer. The operations manager from this company called me and left a message, he claimed he wanted to hear what happened. I have called 5 times trying to get a hold of him and nothing. This company doesn't care about its customers and I highly recommend you don't use them.

Tate and Deangelo did an amazing job getting all of my things out of Big League’s storage facility and setting things up exactly where I wanted them. The communication throughout the day was on point. I received a phone call from the office asking me how things were moving along and if I had any questions or concerns . They made it look super easy and fast. I’ve never had a professional moving company move anything before but this definitely helps ease the stress. Thanks again Big League. Highly recommended.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $850

This is the first time I used this company. L. Less and C. Holloway were very prompt and professional. I have several heavy and large pieces. They broke down furniture, wrapped appropriate pieces, and loaded the truck from top to bottom. They did an excellent job wrapping furniture and loading the truck. They worked hard and efficient. I am a Veteran and have relocated numerous times. These guys are among the best. I would highly recommend them and use the company again. Great job guys! You did one heck of a job. Thank you.

Service cost: $250

They recently moved my home and it was a total disaster. They broke some of our items, they were not organized and the movers were not experienced. They charged me per piece of furniture so I needed up spending six hours of my own time moving the rest of my house because they were so expensive. They say they are going to refund me, but they have to do that. They lost an entire of box of video games and say they are going to have claims call you but claims never calls you. You are left calling them every day trying to force them to do something for you. .

His company call Big League needs to go back to the minors ! They are a horrible company!
I have moved 8 times in my life including across country 3 times and have never had the horrible experience that I bad with this company.
This move was no less than a botched abortion.
I had an estate sale before the move so most of my furniture was gone , however I have an extensive home gym that had to be moved. We were only moving about 3 miles away.
After the house was surveyed,the salesman said that they move gyms all the time and they would have no problem disassembling, moving and assembling.
First of all the packers were using only one sheet of paper to wrap fine china until my wife confronted them.
The move was unsupervised since the two leads spent all their time trying to disassemble and reassemble the exercise equipment. There were a lot of things broken, missing, the crews sat in the back of the truck a lot of the time, they caused a water damage in my laundry room, and did not complete the move. They started at 8:30 am and quit at 2am the next morning since the 6 man, two truck crew was not managed.
The exercise equipment was assembled incorrectly . I had to get an exercise company to correct the damage; including taking parts to a machine shop to remove wrong bolts that were seized .
The company had me sign an exercise equipment dis-claimer for moving the equipment, but that does not cover the damage due to their gross negligence or incompetence.
They broke several pieces of outdoor furniture, and several other items. While I went to get air movers due to the water damage, my wife had to get them back to work since they all stopped while I was away.

Now they are not stepping up to the plate to take care of the problems caused by their incompetence.

Terrible and unprofessional sums it up.

Big League movers didn't have the good sense to put the drain hose into the drain on my washer and my apartment flooded. Their reply when I addressed this issue with them. "we're not plumbers and we have a disclaimer on our website". FYI I called ten times and tried to escalate to the owner and NEVER received a call back from anyone. Ironcially when I decided to dispute charges on my credit card they got through in less than 3 hours.

Also Big League Movers had a mirror to my bedroom set for four days and didn't bother to call me and tell me they had it. I didn't notice it was missing for three days since I was dealing with the walls of my apartment being cut out and half a dozen fans and dehumidifiers for the first three days of moving into my new place.

And to top it all off, when they finally did return my mirror I wasn't home and the same guy who didn't put the drain line in was argumentative and rude to my MOTHER disclaiming "we are not liable". She was just there to open the front door and let them drop off the mirror.

Service cost: $400

They sent three guys for our move. They were friendly and fast loading and unloading. Total move was about 15 miles. However, they came with no tools to take apart the beds which included two Sleep Number and I had asked about those when I booked. Thus, those two beds were not reassembled correctly or at all at our new house. We called to inform them immediately about the beds and were told they would send someone out. That was 16 days ago. Discovered large chunks of wood out of two nice pieces of furniture which have been moved a number of times with no incident. Still, as of this writing, we have no follow-up. We’re disappointed by the lack of quality customer service and preparedness upon arrival with appropriate tools for the job. Nice staff but poor service and response.

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $900

I hired them to load the container with all my household items when I decided to move to Poland from Oakland TN back in October 2022. After searching the web they seamed to have an experience and knowledge on moving. I asked if they have experienced people to secure and load my furniture for a long trip across the ocean. After reassuring me that they have the best crew I scheduled the work with them for Monday morning 9aM. On the scheduled date first they called me at 10AM to inform that all workers are sick and didn't show up for work. At 1:30PM three people showed up and started packing and loading. They seamed to know the job and the furniture they secured and loaded were OK. Unfortunately they disappeared after two and a half hour and the company sent five more people to finish the job. They acted like it was the first day of work in that field because they didn't have a clue on how to secure and pack the furniture. I provided many pads I purchased for securing it but they did not use them. I found them just thrown in the container corner when I was unloading my stuff. They loaded my furniture and all other belongings treating it like a trash. Next morning I called the company and told them that I can not accept the way they secured and loaded my stuff. I moved before several times to different states and one time to Europe and saw how the real competent loaded trucks and containers. The owner sent three people next morning and they tried to correct the mess created the day before. They just put one or two old pads with holes between the gaps and charged me $42 extra for that. Later I discovered they charged my daughters credit card they had on file and the same amount my debit card. I disputed the charge with my bank and the bank reversed the charge as fraudulent. When the container arrived on December 8th at my place in Poland I saw a lot of damage done to many furniture pieces and other personal items. They were scratched by unprotected other items which shifted on a long trip. Some of my personal items were totally destroyed. This company service is a disaster. They turned out to be a bunch of unexperienced amateurs with questionable integrity.

I used Big League Movers for a “Two Room” move from a House to my storage facility in Bartlett, TN. First of all, I made the appointment over three weeks prior to the move. They were professional, easy to work with and talked me through all the steps over the phone and on their follow up calls and emails. Everything the said would happen, including the price quote, was right online with no last minute surprises. The day of the move, they estimated it would take three guys two hours to do the quoted job. They delivered on that time frame nearly to the minute! My three movers were excellent! They seemed to get along well as a team and all of them were personable and highly professional. I will definitely be using them again real soon for my next move to my new place!
